In advance of Spring Moon festival, comedienne Jen Wong is popping into Sydney Seafood School to co-present a Masterclass on Australian Chinese food, sharing in-person the knowledge, skills, and recipes in her forthcoming book, 'Chopsticks or Fork'.Jennifer is a food enthusiast and talented presenter, not to mention hilarious. So, you can guarantee that this class will be a hoot.In this class, you'll learn what makes food both Australian, and Chinese, and why Australia's particular style of Chinese cooking is so delicious! You'll be cooking a variety of recipes from her book such as the classic Mongolian lamb. Note: Please be aware that you will be cooking in a group of four to six.
