This artisan workshop is for all of the bakers---the ones who revel in the suspense, joy and potential devastation of it all, and the ones who love an adventure.
You'll learn from Natalie Paul, cookbook author and baking extraordinaire. For 12 years she ran the much loved Beatrix bakery in North Melbourne and had a cult sweet-tooth following.
She'll teach you the ropes and you'll learn all about the rules and ratios necessary for baking. Beyond that, you'll also get the chance to slow down and discover the meditative joy that baking can bring to your life!
