Cooking by the Bay is literally cooking with amazing views over Port Phillip Bay. I was very impressed with the format of the day beginning with a thorough insight into the food we were endeavouring to cook that day. A small class of six bonded well and with the wonderful Joan as Tonya’s assistant we navigated our way through the menu. Today theme was Mediterranean - Touch of Spice which was inspiring  + more

Soraya (Oma) is an incredible cupcake decorating instructor! From start to finish, she was patient, kind, and incredibly caring. The class was so much fun, and we had the opportunity to explore various floral decorating techniques, all taught in a simple and easy to understand way. I loved how much attention she put into the class to make it special. I would definitely recommend and go back again!

I met Linda late last year at the Mill in Castlemaine, and I loved her work so much that I wanted to attend a workshop. I had the best time! Linda was engaging, funny and encouraging, and made you forget about the "rules" of art. My confidence in watercolour grew so much that I used what I had learned to design Birthday cards for my colleagues. Cannot recommend enough!!

A friend and i attended the beginners class and had a ball!! Our teacher was amazing as she guided us through the basic but also allowed us to have a go ourselves. Ainslie was an absolute legend! Such a knowledgeable perfumer who took the time to explain the basics of perfumery to us. The class was very organic (not scripted) which made the experience much more fun and I got to walk away with a very special bottle of perfume and knowledge. Will definitely recommend this workshop to anyone who loves perfumery.

This was a fun, easy pottery class by TomatoArt. We learnt some basic techniques of pottery and our teacher was funny, helpful and knowledgeable (alot of laughs). We could choose to make a bowl or cup (glazing is extra $$ FYI). Our teacher was happy to provide alot of help and guidance for the shape of our work. For the value of the workshop I’d highly recommend!

This was easily the best class I’ve done with ClassBento, the instructor gave the perfect mix of theory and practical, took us through all of the steps to make a knife, and help to keep us on track the whole way through. At the end, we took home a really cool knife that we made ourselves. Gift card was super simple to redeem.

Today, we were transported into Grandma’s kitchen by Sara and Anna. If you have a passion for desserts, this is the class for you. We made coffee panna cotta and Torta della Nonna (Grandma’s cake) from scratch (shortcrust pastry, custard, everything from A to Z). It was a wonderful and fascinating class. At the end, we enjoyed the panna cotta and a slice of cake, tasting them with a delicious cappuccino.  + more
