Feel transported to the Mediterranean from the comfort of Sydney Seafood School in Pyrmont as you learn how to cook delicious, Italian seafood dishes!
During this hands-on cooking class, you'll create a tempting and moreish array of seafood antipasti and an authentic seafood risotto like a true Italian cook.
The class begins with a demonstration in our tiered theatrette, where you have the chance to pick the brains of our friendly chefs as they share their tips and tricks for choosing and preparing fresh seafood.
The highlight of this class is learning how to make a perfect risotto using pantry staples so that you always have an impressive recipe up your sleeve. But it doesn’t stop there – this class walks you through a complete dinner party menu, utilising fresh Spring Bay Mussels, Ceas Crabmeat, and Australian squid.

  • Cozze Gratinate (grilled mussels)
  • Calamari, Alio e Rosmarino (squid with garlic and rosemary)
  • Risotto con Granchio e Limoni Sotto Sale (crab and preserved lemon risotto)
At the end of your class, enjoy your delicious seafood meal with your fellow classmates!
