Take your family weekend barbecue from casual to gourmet with fresh seafood! In this casual class, held in the heart of Sydney's thriving fish market, you will learn how to prepare and cook delicious seafood BBQ dishes with Sydney Seafood School.
In this hands-on class, you will learn how to barbecue fish, shellfish and squid to perfection and gain an understanding of how to bring out the best in your seafood, including how to clean and ‘honeycomb’ squid, how to get perfectly crispy skin on your fish fillets, and the best way to barbecue prawns.
You will learn how to prepare a seafood feast featuring some of the most incredible ingredients. You will cook a grilled salmon with tangy lime mayo, moreish BBQ prawns in a herb marinade and a refreshing Thai squid salad.
At the end of the class, we will sit down to enjoy our amazing BBQ seafood creations together.
