My friend and I throughly enjoyed the Peony Rose class. This was my a gift to her for her 70th birthday. The Peonies are beautiful. Jemina is a great teacher, she explained a lot about flower arranging and how to keep the flowers looking fabulous for as long as possible. We will be back to participate in another class. We had great time in the chocolate class. The teacher is nice and patient, knowledgble about makeing chocolate. All the three different flavours of liquor ganache with the dark chocolate taste absolutely beautiful. That will be wonderful present for Christmas with homemade liqueurs chocolate.
