Chocolate Tempering Class with Ocean View
We took a friend for her Birthday Present as she loves chocolate. The teacher was friendly and talked about the chocolate that was being used and how to identify real chocolate ingrediants. We were provided with all the tools we needed. It was a fun 90 minutes.
