Hi! I'm Tannah, the owner and chocolatier behind Studio Cocoa. I always get asked 'how on earth do you make these' when selling our chocolates in person which gave me the idea to teach beginners the art of tempering and how to make incredible chocolate creations so I jumped right in and I absolutely love it! Sharing the joy of chocolate - the thing that made me jump head first into opening my own chocolate shop is the most rewarding part of a class. Join me for a chocolate class where I'll teach you all you need to know and impart my years of experience in both chocolate and patisserie. I'm a qualified Pastry Chef with over 7 years of industry experience and have been running Studio Cocoa full time for 3 years now. I've trained with world renowned chocolatiers and pastry chefs, and can't wait to share a thing or two I've learnt along the way with you.
