Hi! I'm Tannah, the owner and chocolatier behind Studio Cocoa. I'm a qualified pastry chef with more than seven years of industry experience. I've trained with world-renowned chocolatiers and pastry chefs and have been running Studio Cocoa full time for three years. Our chocolates are made by hand in small batches in our Canberra kitchen and packed in Australian-made packaging.
