Hi! I'm Tannah, the owner and chocolatier behind Studio Cocoa. I'm a qualified pastry chef with more than seven years of industry experience. I've trained with world-renowned chocolatiers and pastry chefs and have been running Studio Cocoa full time for three years. When selling my chocolates in-person, I always get asked "how on earth do you make these?". Join me for a chocolate-making workshop where I'll teach you everything you need to know, sharing my many years of experience in both chocolate-making and patisserie. Studio Cocoa uses ethically and sustainably-sourced ingredients, ensuring cocoa farmers receive a fair and liveable wage. Our chocolates are made by hand in small batches in our Canberra kitchen and packed in Australian-made packaging.
