It was the perfect space to work on something as intricate as a Turkish lamp, with plenty of room to spread out and choose materials. Soothing Turkish music played in the background, adding to the peaceful and inspiring vibe of the class. Speaking of materials, I was really impressed with the range and quality provided—vibrant mosaic tiles, beads, and glass pieces in all sorts of colors and patterns. Having so many options really allowed me to customize my design, and I loved the final outcome of my lamp, which turned out beautifully! I attended the class with someone special, and it was wonderful to share this creative experience together. His lamp design was actually the most beautiful one in the class! During the class, we learned how to arrange the tiles and beads on the lamp base to create intricate designs, and we got to experiment with different techniques to secure them in place. I had so much fun seeing my vision come together, and it was fascinating to work with these traditional materials. As for value, I think the class was absolutely worth it. Not only did I leave with a gorgeous handmade lamp, but also with an enriching experience that I’ll always treasure. I wouldn’t mind doing the class again, just to try out a different design and experiment with new patterns and colors for another version of the lamp. What I liked most was the hands-on creativity. It was so rewarding to see a simple set of materials turn into something uniquely beautiful, and it gave me a real sense of accomplishment. Whether you’re looking to learn a new skill or simply enjoy a relaxing and creative afternoon, this class is definitely worth trying! The teacher was very skilled at explaining the process at picking a number of scents for the perfume and how to ratio the oils to make a scent that was truly personal.
