Pizza Masterclass and Lunch: Dough Making
Four friends attended today’s pizza class as a gift for one of our birthdays. It was brilliant!!!! The staff were amazing. I now know how to make a professional pizza!! The group was a good size. Liqueur Chocolate Making Workshop
We had great time in the chocolate class. The teacher is nice and patient, knowledgble about makeing chocolate. All the three different flavours of liquor ganache with the dark chocolate taste absolutely beautiful. That will be wonderful present for Christmas with homemade liqueurs chocolate.
