If you want to get back in shape after your pregnancy but are unsure where to start, join me for postpartum fitness with a french touch for mothers and babies using low-impact and low-pressure technics.
Exercising after childbirth helps minimise and avoid long-lasting postpartum disorders. As your body is recovering, a gentler and slower exercise prevents pressure on the uterus and pelvic floor. Here, we focus on a synergy of five points that need recovery right after childbirth: breathing, pelvic-floor, abs, hips and back.
My Motherhood Fitness Program concentrates on getting you back into shape without risk to your body by emphasising correct breathing techniques, proper posture habits and pelvic health.
You are unique, and every body is different. Here, tailored to your body, you will learn what types of exercise to avoid and which practices are optimal for your postpartum recovery.
With my classes, you will experience:

**Important Note: we don't use your baby as an additional weight.
We follow the best-evidence practice techniques that only focus to use your bodyweight correctly.
When you bring your baby along, we have a unique and beneficial way to include your babies in the class.

I have spent my entire life in pursuit of understanding how to best train, protect, restore, and improve the female body and mind throughout all stages of life. The programs that I teach are a holistic, multi-disciplinary, and unique approach to female fitness.
I am a friendly, warm, compassionate, goal-oriented woman who has a strong focus on empowering women from all backgrounds and life-stages.

Fitness, empowerment, and the female body are my passion. I am a bit different from other people, but I think my methods and personality are a refreshing change from the ordinary.
My passion is to help women during their health, fitness and wellness journey. If you are questioning whether I am qualified here is a shortlist of my qualifications: I'm a former French physiotherapist, certified Australian Personal Trainer, Body Contouring Specialist, Wellness Educator and Life Coach, International Speaker, Women’s Health &Wellness Specialist ....and a mother of 2 beautiful adult daughters. (I know that was a mouthful!)

I am the founder of ‘The Mariotte Method’ based on exclusive French Women's Secrets. This programed is designed for you, whatever stage you are at on the Motherhood's journey. Yes, it is a Fitness program focuses on getting back into shape without damaging your body emphasizing on breathing techniques, good posture habits, pelvic health.
Based on various scientific evidence I teach the Low-impact and Low –Pressure Fitness, which involves some specific breathing technics as well as your body weight. This is the best way to ensure you are not taking any risk of injury, especially during pregnancy and after childbirth, and also around menopause in which cases your body has weakened.
During our woman’s life, we experience different phases of wellness and self-confidence related to our body and hormonal changes.
I have experienced these 3 important stages in my life: two pregnancies, the recoveries after childbirth and now the menopause. So I know exactly what I teach not only as a professional but also as a woman who had some women’s health concerns.
