Boone Yoga & Breathwork

Hi I'm Rakshita a Yoga & Breathwork teacher living in beautiful Bondi beach. Having grown up in India, Yoga & Breathwork have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Over the past couple of years I've come back to these practices as they help me destress, heal & approach life with calm and ease. I'm passionate about teaching Yoga & breathwork as these practices have truly been a gift to me and I'm excited to share it with others who enjoy it. I've been teaching & practicing for a few years now and have a deep understanding of the mind & body and how different movements can help & heal you. I love practicing & teaching outdoors in nature as Sydney is such a beautiful city with bright blue beaches & lush green parks, it really is a vibe. Hope to see you on the mat!
