For this Sydney yoga class, you have the option of practising chair yoga or engaging in traditional mat yoga. The class is flexible based on individual comfort levels and physical capabilities. My primary emphasis during these sessions is on weight-bearing exercises that promote bone density, enhance flexibility, support joint health, and improve overall posture.
These Yoga Classes are inclusive and welcoming to students who are interested in exploring their inner selves and cultivating a deeper awareness of their bodies and minds. This environment serves as an excellent introduction for those who are new to yoga or for individuals who have taken only a few classes previously.
The structure of the class is intentionally crafted to teach foundational postures, ensuring that all participants understand the importance of maintaining proper alignment and utilising correct techniques throughout their practice. To participate, all you need to bring is your own yoga mat and an open mind, ready to embark on a journey of personal growth and physical wellness.

Since 2012, I have been instructing yoga. I instruct students of various skill levels and age groups. Since I work as a massage therapist and have worked with a chiropractor for several years, I would describe myself as a yoga therapist. I've taught classes to all staff members, including doctors and nurses, at Westmead Hospital for a period of years. The largest number I've taught yoga to public events and business settings was sixty people. I worked as a teacher in schools all across Sydney and am currently employed at community centers. I started out teaching at these centers with one class in 2017 and have since built up to four, maybe five, sessions per week, mostly through word of mouth.I have experience working with aging bodies and comprehending their demands. I concentrate on joint mobility, bone density, deep breathing, chest breathing, and lotioning to motion.
