What you'll get
This class offers a balanced flow, moving through Sun Salutations A & B, standing poses for strength and stability, seated postures like Paschimottanasana and Janu Sirsasana A to increase flexibility, and calming backbends. We'll close with a short meditation and blissful Savasana (active relaxation).
 
What to bring
A mat and a small sweat towel, appropriate clothing
