Hi, I’m Julie—Your Self-Care Hype Woman & Founder of This Girl Shines

Years of experience in health, wellness, and coaching (think PT, Yoga Instructor, and Intuitive Eating Coach) have given me all the clinical tools to help women feel their best. But let’s be real—that’s only half the story.

I’ve battled cancer twice. I’ve had more heart-to-hearts with women about self-loathing, self-sabotage, dieting, relationships, and body confidence than I can count. I know what it feels like to be stuck in a body that feels like the enemy, to fight against it instead of embracing it.

That’s why I created This Girl Shines—not as another wellness brand telling you to “fix” yourself, but as a space where women come together to reconnect, reset, and celebrate themselves—exactly as they are.
