Knowledge required
You should feel comfortable in a suspended (zero gravity) sensation. However, there are ticket options to enjoy the session on the ground and also for those who do not wish to be suspended.
What to bring
As the body will naturally cool down during a state of relaxation we do suggest that you may wish to wear long sleeves in a light fabric (dress for the weather conditions). Brings socks. Blankets are available should you feel the need for some more warmth. We also suggest bringing a water bottle as you will also experience a thirsty sensation on completion.
