Growing up in a family of French chefs, I have always been passionate about food and used my baking skills to make friends around the world (who can resist a beautiful cake made with love?).I shifted my focus from cake to bread a few years ago and worked for a couple of months in a bakery to learn the basics. 2020 and its lockdown gave me the time to perfect my techniques using only general household equipment.Making my own bread every week gave me so much joy and satisfaction, I now want to share my passion with everyone!
