Hi, I’m Nora from Soulful Pause Therapy, and I’m excited to introduce myself and share what I do. As an Accredited Integrated Holistic Creative Arts Therapies Practitioner, I’m thrilled to be part of the ColourfulWine Studio team, offering Creative Wellness Workshops that I truly believe can make a difference in people's lives.
Art has always been my sanctuary, even as a sensitive child and later as a teenager. My career started in graphic design, which led me to marketing and event management. Over the years, I developed a unique blend of skills that allowed me to create meaningful connections between people, brands, and spaces. As a former Project Management Specialist, I loved supporting teams in launching innovative products and experiences that elevate brands and drive sustainable growth.
But today? I’ve embraced a different path—leading creative wellness workshops through Soulful Pause Therapy. My passion is to offer people a moment to pause, reflect and rediscover their inner creativity in a nurturing, safe space. My mission is to empower personal growth, spark inspiration and help you find the balance we all need in life.
I am running Creative Wellness Workshops at ColourfulWine Art & Craft Studio.
