This Qigong class combines traditional Qigong and mindful movements with learning basic Chinese medicine theory on how to balance challenging emotions. You will learn a simple Qigong routine, breathing techniques, and the little-known 6 healing sounds of Qigong!
Did you know that Qigong is one of the 4 types of Chinese medicine? It is rooted in an ancient tradition and framework of understanding that’s over 2000 years old. It can help you learn to balance your body and stimulate its natural self-healing abilities.
During this class, you will learn directly from Dragonfly Qigong’s Master Instructor Adam Wiltshire, who has over 10 years of experience in practicing Qigong and teaching classes, workshops, and retreats.

Suitable for complete beginners and those with experience. This class can be tailored to all mobility levels and to those with injuries or mobility constraints - please advise of this at the time of booking. It is important to note that our Qigong classes are standing movement routines and not seated, and you need to be comfortable standing up for the duration of the class. Please note this class is not suitable for children under 16 years of age.

Suitable for complete beginners with no prior experience required. Attendees must be 16 years or over and.
 
What you'll get

What to bring
Attendees should wear loose and comfortable clothing suitable for exercise, bring a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one. It is advised not to eat any big meals before a Qigong class as we work closely with the organs and it may cause discomfort.
