This private class will cover everything you need to know to deliver perfect cake pops time after time. The class is perfect for beginners and is assisted by The Classic Cupcake Co's head baker. You'll learn how to make CakePOP sponge from scratch, then coat and decorate your cake pop creations with Belgian chocolate.
Cake pops are versatile delicacies that add a delightful and mouth-watering twist to any celebration or sweet display.
This experience takes place at the Classic Cupcake Co's dedicated Baking Academy, so you can immerse yourself in the sights and smells of an industrial kitchen. We will provide you with your own CCC branded chef's apron to use throughout your masterclass.

What to bring
You are required to wear solid, comfortable shoes with closed toes and no high heels. We advise not wearing warm and bulky clothing as you may get hot during the class. Due to health and safety regulations, you are required to have your hair neatly tied back at all times. An apron will be provided.
