Her secret? Combining the finest ingredients like locally-sourced free-range eggs and the most exquisite Callebaut chocolate, with her grandmother’s go-to cake recipe. The same recipe that she founded The Classic Cupcake Co. with back in 2012.
Don’t worry, her secrets aren’t hers to keep. In fact, she founded a Baking Academy just minutes from her bakery in Mosman dedicated to teaching how you too can make drool-worthy sweets.
