Using the latest research, discretion, and a dash of humour, this workshop will focus on solutions and practical tools to improve your sexual pleasure. Â
We’ll explore the latest science behind low libido and desire, as well as the matrix of biological, psychological and social factors that influences sex drive. We’ll then move on to building a plan for reclaiming your sex drive, creating a personalised sex drive and desires map that will support the process. A balanced combination of theory, sharing, sense-based meditation, guided practices and exercises. Appropriate for singles, couples, all orientations and genders, experience and background, you’ll only do the stuff you want to do — you’re in your personal sovereignty 100 per cent of the time. The class is fully clothed and while it relates to sexuality, it involves non-sexual interaction.Please note: This class requires at least five students to run and is strictly 18+. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, we'll cancel the class and fully refund you and inform you via email, so please watch your email a few days prior to the class.Please note: This venue is located on the first floor via a flight of stairs and does not have wheelchair accessibility.
