You can’t make everyone happy, but pizza can! Guided by our pizza masters, learn the secrets to curating authentic Italian pizza from scratch using the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques in this Sydney cooking class.
Learn the inside info on what flour to use for pizza dough, how much resting time it needs, how to roll the dough into the ideal thickness for deliciousness. Then, of course, sauce, toppings and how to make it utterly heavenly!
We don’t want you drooling over your pizza dough, so you can sip on a glass of wine/beer and graze your way through some antipasto as you wait in anticipation of your creation.
After all the hard work and anticipation, you will finally be able to enjoy your delicious homemade pizza.
All the fundamental tips will be tucked under your hat when you leave and takeaway orders will be a thing of the past after you’ve attended this pizza making masterclass in Sydney with the Salt Meats Cheese team.
