In a world that’s always buzzing, it can be challenging to find moments to pause, connect, and simply be. Pause, Presence, Play: A Sensory Experience— is your invitation to dive into the world of creative embodiment and take a well-deserved break from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

This workshop is the perfect introduction to art therapy and creative embodiment, specifically designed for those seeking ways to add more presence, fun, and creativity to their lives—free from the grip of the critical self. It’s a space to unplug, drop into a more present state, and let your creativity flourish through playful art therapy. Think of it as a sensory and meditative escape, where you’ll learn the art of making space for your creative flow to manifest—a powerful tool for maintaining a happy mind and a balanced life.

We’ll kick things off by turning our phones off (yes, really!), and guiding you through a grounding meditation practise. From there, we’ll dive into a range of activities designed to practise presence and creative expression. Each activity is carefully crafted to be both engaging in the moment and easily replicable at home, so you can continue exploring creative embodiment in your daily life.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave feeling grounded and refreshed, armed with practical tools and activities to keep practicing presence and creative play. Whether you’re looking to escape the noise, explore your creativity, or simply recharge, this workshop is the perfect way to press pause, reconnect with yourself, and bring more joy into your everyday life.
