As a qualified clinical practising Nutritionist, Edwina offers a nutrition seminar covering the latest research on a particular topic such as heart health / brain health / sports nutrition. Then together with a well known Chef Katie Ridgeway, we cook a recipe that reflects the health recommendations. Finally we eat the delicious meal we have prepared. These classes are both informative, fun and educational.
