Miss Biscuit started as a home based cookie decorating business. Although we loved selling and decorating, we soon found that people actually wanted to learn how to make their own decorated biscuits rather than buying ours.
Over time Miss Biscuit grew to become more than classes and an online shop, it evolved into a proud and passionate community, committed to offering the highest quality of classes and the most diverse range of decorating supplies.
As our story continues, we will always strive to capture the old school joy and art of decorating to promote creativity, fun and community.

We had Lisa today, the Queen of all things buttercream, decorating and cupcakes. We made 5 different floral patterns, daisies, tulips, hydrangeas, camellias and everyone’s favourite roses, which was the hardest to master. For a beginner’s class, I think we did mighty well, and just like handwriting as Lisa said, everybody’s buttercream piping is individualistic and has their own personality. I’m overjoyed with my beautiful dozen of delectable flower garden. Thank you Lisa and Miss Biscuit!

Went with my daughter for her birthday. Great teacher, lots of fun and some fantastic tips. Great value for money, plenty of room to work, easy to follow steps. Would highly recommend

Lisa was a great teacher. Very encouraging, showing clearly what to do and then going around to check how we were all going.
The venue was very good, materials also very good.
I have much more confidence in piping and look forward to practising all that I learned today.

This was my first class so I thought I would struggle with stacking and decorating. But NO it was really easy with Lisa’s instructions. She taught us everything …..how to layer the cake, add frosting, cover the cake, fill and use the piping bags and many more things. Everything was provided to us. I loved the class. Thank you Lisa for giving all the tips and tricks. She was really nice and helped everyone with their cakes. Looking forward to join other classes too.

Lisa was most knowledgeable and helpful with her vast experience in buttercream piping and decorating cupcakes. It was a very hands on class from embossing fondant with merry Christmas wishes, making fondant snowflakes, to piping shells, rosettes, lines and kisses all in green and red Christmas colours. Sparkles and glitter to finish off your design. It turned out just like the picture, incredible. Amazed. Cupcakes so gorgeous you wouldn’t want to eat them but if you do, Christmas never tasted so sweet.

Julia was so kind and supportive and ready with information and tips.
Class had everything we needed and more than enough time for everyone to keep up.
And the shop was a real treat!

Such an amazing class, and such an amazing experience and fun was creating beautiful, delicate, gingerbread houses. Such a big choice of various beads, glitter, gold foil, snowflakes and many other things for the decoration, the shop has got everything, and above all, we had our great teacher Julia who has got a lot of skills and patience to help everyone. I never thought that I can come home with two beautifully made and tastefully decorated gingerbread houses. Great class, great skill to learn, definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you Julia for your help!

What a wonderful class. I learnt so much in short period of time. The set up was very professional at Miss Biscuit! I was very happy with the outcome of my cupcakes and felt like I got great value for my money from this workshop. Will definitely be doing another one!!

I had an incredible experience at the cookie decorating class today! Julia, our instructor, was absolutely amazing. Her demonstrations on making icing and piping it onto cookies were so easy to follow. The small class size allowed Julia to provide personalized, one-on-one assistance, ensuring everyone felt supported. I highly recommend attending a Miss Biscuit class—you’ll have an absolute blast and leave with cookies that look professionally decorated!

This class and teacher (Maria) was brilliant. I really enjoyed it. Venue was great, clean and professional. Great value for money. I learnt how to professionally decorate a cake, what equipment to use and how to use it correctly, buttercream recipes and many other handy tips. Instructions were easy to follow, Maria was fantastic. First time decorating a cake properly and I was quite pleased with my result. Looking forward to trying other classes.
