Who says that art & sport can't be mates? Across four quarters, we’ll deep dive into sports art and get inspired by some of the best in the business.
Whatever your team, and whatever your athletic & creative ability, this workshop is designed for those wanting to combine a love of sports with a healthy punt of creativity!
Consider this experience the perfect way to celebrate the footy season, to bond with Dad, catch up with the lads/ladettes, whilst doing something a little bit different from your average pub night.
With guidance from Fisher Classics, you'll be coached and inspired across our four-quarter structure to create your very own iconic sporting artwork.
During this hands-on & energetic workshop, we will provide expert analysis, special insightful comments, and make sure you kick truly!
Finally, you're welcome to BYO beer if that’s your sort of thing; we'll provide everything else, from the tools & materials to the half-time oranges.
For those new to That Paper Joint, this hybrid creative studio space blends a cosy bar-like ambience with the chance to make & create artworks in a social and conversational setting.
That Paper Joint’s guest host, Fisher Classics, is a Melbourne-based creative studio that creates unique sporting identities and bespoke artwork. They continue to create artworks for The Australian, The Cricketer Magazine, Cricket Et Al, and The Betoota Advocate. They have created artworks of current and past international cricketers as well as AFL and AFLW stars.
