My journey into the power of nutrition is deeply personal. For years, I struggled with chronic back pain, constant fatigue, and severe eye inflammation that led to temporary blindness. In 2010, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, which sparked my search for a better way to heal. Through extensive research and guidance from health experts, I discovered how food and natural approaches could support healing and optimal health. By adopting a completely plant-based lifestyle and prioritising nutritional excellence, I reversed my symptoms within just eight months, experiencing a level of vitality I hadn’t felt in years.
Today, as a certified nutritionist, detox specialist, and passionate advocate for plant-based living, I empower others to reclaim their health and well-being through personalised, science-based nutritional guidance. My approach focuses on balanced whole foods, positive lifestyle habits, and rebalancing the body with the right nutrients for long-term wellness.
With over 20 years of experience as a teacher, I’ve combined my love of education with my expertise in plant-based nutrition to inspire and guide others on their wellness journey. I offer in person plant-based cooking classes and educational seminars on clean eating, making healthy living simple, delicious, and sustainable. Additionally, I run corporate wellness workshops, helping teams boost energy, productivity, and overall health.
