Looking to add some excitement to your day in Melbourne? Join us for a plant-based cooking class that will transform your kitchen skills and lifestyle! In this workshop, you will learn how to cook real food and nourish your body from the inside out.
Don't worry if you're new to cooking with whole plant foods – we're here to guide you every step of the way. Throughout the class, you'll work with common, fresh ingredients found at your local grocery store, creating simple yet delicious meals and treats.
During the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to cook various starchy and non-starchy vegetables, grains, legumes, and mushrooms. You will also learn how to incorporate fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices into your dishes creatively. This hands-on experience is designed to boost your confidence and comfort in the kitchen, making plant-based cooking easy, economical, and sustainable for you.
By the end of the class, not only will you have learned valuable skills on feeding yourself optimally, but you will also take home the knowledge to continue nourishing and healing your body ongoing. Join us for this transformative activity and embrace a mindful and grateful approach to plant-based cooking.

What you'll get
Here’s what awaits you in my cooking class:
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing Green Shot or Turmeric Shot to set the tone for a nourishing day as you get to know your instructor.
  • Together, we’ll dive into the art of preparing plant-based essentials, including homemade milk, yoghurts, breakfasts, salads, main dishes, and desserts. By the end, you’ll be so satisfied with wholesome goodness, there’ll be no room for anything else!
  • A delicious three-course lunch is included in the program.
All participants will leave with a recipe booklet to recreate the dishes at home.
