Guillaume is a trade-skilled pastry chef, chocolatier, and baker with over 25 years of experience in world-renowned establishments, including Harrods (UK), the Eiffel Tower (Paris), Celebrity Cruise Line (USA), and top Australian bakeries like Bob & Pete’s and Tuga.
In 2024, Guillaume along with his wife, launched “Hemptella”, a range of nutrient-rich spreads using hemp seeds, blending his love for chocolate with her passion for health and wellness. Now in 2025, the love for chocolate and training continues, with a mission to share professional skills and techniques in a fun, interactive environment.
These hands-on workshops cater to all skill levels, offering a personalised experience that ensures every participant gets the attention they deserve.
