Firescreek is a 2.5 acre, organic farm nestled in a rainforest backdrop in Holgate, Sydney.

We use regenerative farming techniques to grow over 30 species of fruit, 40 species of roses and countless other botanicals. Instead of relying on a single grape harvest, we're able to produce wine year-round using the abundance of seasonal produce grown on our farm.

Winemaking from fruits has been around for thousands of years – and Firecreek's winemakers continue to push the boundaries of this age-old practice. From elderberry, cinnamon and orange wine to coffee, chocolate and blackcurrant, we create unique flavour combinations that aren't produced anywhere else in the world.

When you visit, you're free to take a stroll through our magnificent garden and see the beauty of permaculture in action – with worm hotels, food forests, water-saving and regenerative farming practices on display.

Firescreek has appeared on NBN News, Sunrise and Tourism Australian, as well as several national magazine titles. Our wines have been awarded over 45 medals and are sure to delight creative foodies seeking new experiences and tastes.
