Gilding by Eyespy Collective is run by experienced Sydney-based gilder, Anne. Passionate about Art & Antiques from a young age, Anne has over 40 years of experience in gilding and restoring. She trained in London and later in Sydney under renowned picture framer, Charles Hewitt. Since 1985, Anne has owned and operated her business ‘Gilty’, where she has built a loyal following and reputation as a specialist gilder and restorer for private and public clients. In 2014, Anne opened an extension of Gilty called Eyespy Collective.Eyespy Collective is a curated space showcasing a selection of art, antiques and bespoke mirrors. This is where the classes will take place, so you’ll get to experience the store while sipping and gilding!
