My name is Antonika.I'm a yoga teacher and founder of ensō body.In Japanese calligraphy, ensō is an uninterrupted brushstroke of a circular form. It represents a state where ‘the mind can be free to let the body create’. To me, yoga has an emphasis on ensō where the physical body can take whatever form we choose as an expression of our true and innermost self. ensō body was created with the intention to help others move, rest and reconnect to themselves. I love encouraging others to seek out their most embodied self. ensō body is here to support you on your journey and to embrace these unique experiences through movement and rest.
