Deepen - Intimacy Workshop for Queer Couples

Deepen is a 3-hour in-person workshop for lesbian & queer female-identifying and gender non-conforming couples, partners or lovers centred around cultivating deeper connection, intimacy and communication with yourself and each other.It is an opportunity for you to learn and participate in guided partnered practices with a focus on creating new ways to communicate, new pathways and avenues to safety, fostering more conscious and connected relationships and deepening intimacy together.This workshop is for sapphic, lesbian & queer female-identifying and gender-non-conforming couples, partners and lovers only, to provide a safe space to meet and connect with other like-minded couples.This is for you if:

• You both identify as sapphic, lesbian or queer and female or gender-non-conforming and are in a partnership together in some form
• You haven’t had the time and space to have the physical or emotional intimacy that you both desire
• You have been together for quite a while now and struggle to have intimate and vulnerable conversations
• You both wish to take your relationship to the next level of depth
• You are both looking for something new to do together that involves intimacy, connection and communication
• You both don’t really know how to be emotionally intimate together
• You both wish to take some time out of your busy schedule and dedicate some time to be in devotion to one another
• Feel that the spark or connection has been lost due to the busyness of life
• You both don’t feel seen or heard by the other anymore

And you wish to:

• Learn some new intimacy and connection practices that you can both do together at home
• Rekindle the spark and connection that you once felt with each other
• Create time and space to create physical, emotional and romantic intimacy together
• Take your relationship to a whole new level and depth together
• Learn some foundational tools and ways of communicating to bring you closer together
• Make a new commitment to each other, and your relationship and ensure you carve out regular time together to create the depth and intimacy that you both desire
• Create a devotional relationship together
• Create deeper trust and safety for one another
• Feel seen, heard and met by each other

• Embodiment practices designed to connect deeper to each other
• Somatic tools to process what’s alive in your system
• Nervous system tools to support, create and enhance your sense of safety
• Partnered practices to foster intimacy and heart-based connection
• Tools and practices to enhance communication and emotional intimacy

Please note that this workshop is only for those who are queer & lesbian female-identifying or gender non-conforming couples. Heterosexual couples are not encouraged to attend (I can share some other events available for you).Meet your Facilitator:Caitlin Rose is a queer photographer, facilitator, and trauma-informed somatic coach dedicated to empowering queer and non-binary individuals to have more intimate and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.With a focus on improving body image, creating deeper self-awareness and connection to self first and foremost, Caitlin draws on her profound exploration of Neo-Tantric and embodiment practices spanning over five plus years.Combining her expertise in Photography, Somatic Coaching, and hosting in-person Events, Caitlin engages in transformative 1:1 work with her clients. Her mission is to guide women and gender-diverse individuals on a journey of profound self-discovery, helping them forge deeper connections with their bodies, their own sensuality, intimacy with themselves, and their unique essence.No prior experience is necessary as it will be a fully guided workshop and it will be an opportunity for you to meet yourself and your partner wherever you may both be on your journey.You will receive an email a week before the event with the venue address and anything else that you need to bring with you.
