What you'll do
This is a very special workshop, harvesting your creativity to continue at home!Art Journaling has many therapeutic benefits as well as being lots of fun! I will show you all the tips and techniques to make beautiful pages with an overview of all materials and exercises. We will start with a short meditation and a fun group exercise. You will create many pages and come home with the knowledge and journal to keep going at home.The workshop includes light refreshments and is held in the beautiful historic Strathdon House where you can spend extra time touring the home.When:

Your teacher
I am a practising artist and holistic creative arts practitioner. I have been an artist most of my adult life and have experimented with all mediums. My current work using acrylics focuses on capturing small moments from everyday life. I am interested in showing the gems of wonder that can be found in simplicity. I create this in my abstract paintings using colour, texture and movement. I love teaching my students to enjoy the process and not the product, to use art as a relaxing, calming and fulfilling way to spend your time. I have also been working with NDIS clients in groups and privately for the past 3 years and welcome them with open arms to my classes.
