Connected is a 3-hour in-person workshop for lesbian & queer female-identifying and gender non-conforming individuals centred around cultivating deeper connection, intimacy, and communication with yourself and others.
It is an opportunity for you to learn and participate in guided solo and group practices with a focus on creating new ways to communicate, new pathways and avenues to safety, and fostering more conscious and connected relationships.
This workshop is for lesbian & queer female-identifying and gender-non-conforming individuals only, to provide a safe space to meet and connect with other like-minded individuals.
This is for you if:
  • You identify as lesbian or queer and female or gender-non-conforming.
  • You feel like your relationship with yourself and others lacks the depth that you desire.
  • You have some fears about really letting other people in to see the authentic you.
  • You don’t know how to effectively communicate your needs and desires in a relationship.
  • You don’t have a very strong relationship with yourself/your body.
  • You don’t know how to meet people who are open to the level of connection and intimacy that you are wanting.
And you wish to:
  • Learn how to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself and others.
  • Learn new practices that you can do to enhance intimacy with yourself and others.
  • Let go of some of your fears around intimacy and being seen.
  • Start to learn skills and ways to cultivate deeper relationships that you are craving.
  • Learn new ways of communicating your needs and desires.
  • Learn new ways to come into the body and access your true yes and no.
The workshop will be a mix of embodiment practices, group sharing, guided meditations, and somatic practices. Snacks and beverages will also be provided on the night.
You are welcome to attend solo as there will be plenty of other single individuals to be paired with for the partnered practices, or you may also wish to come with your partner and stay with them throughout the night. There are both single and couples tickets available for purchase at checkout.
Please note that this workshop is only for those who are lesbian, queer, female-identifying, or gender non-conforming. Heterosexual men or couples are not encouraged to attend (I can share some other events available for you).
No prior experience is necessary as it will be a fully guided workshop and it will be an opportunity for you to meet yourself wherever you may be on your journey.
An email will be sent to you a week prior, along with anything that you may need to bring along with you.
