In this workshop, you'll learn how to bake your own wild-yeast sourdough bread from scratch. Dive into the process from beginning to end, mastering proofing, scoring, and baking techniques to create a perfect artisan loaf. Not only will you bake bread during the workshop, but you'll also make your own dough by hand to take home and bake later. Gain an in-depth understanding of sourdough starters and learn how to create, maintain, store, and use them with confidence.
Fret not if you're new to bread-making; this immersive workshop is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You'll get your hands sticky and floury as you shape and bake delicious sourdough. The workshop uses 100% organic flour from NSW Company Wholegrain Milling Co., ensuring a nutritious baking experience.

Our instructor recently completed an accredited course with Central Queensland University (CQU) to expand their knowledge of fermentation.
