Join esteemed textile artist Pauline Franklyn at our inspiring St Peters studio for an embroidery class in Sydney unlike any other! Under Pauline's expert guidance, you'll have the chance to expand your creative skills and learn the art of embroidery.Discover how to create a beautiful art piece using a combination of simple stitches. Learn how to form abstract flowers and leaves, which can also be used to embellish garments and other stitched work. With Pauline's instruction, you'll master stitches like French knots, detached chain stitches, Pistil stitches and Turkey work.Pauline will provide a stunning assortment of hand-dyed yarn for you to work with. You'll even have enough to take home and finish your own piece.No need to worry if you're a beginner! This class is designed to make you feel comfortable. Sit back, take in the vibrant colours, peruse the samples and enjoy a morning of learning new stitches. Throughout the workshop, we'll serve a lovely morning tea or coffee to keep you energised and inspired.Not only will you learn new skills and expand your creativity, but you'll also have the opportunity to connect with fellow crafters in our welcoming workshop space.Please note: All bookings for this workshop are final and strictly non-refundable.
