However as your facilitator and owner of This Girl Shines, I want you to know me as a woman who has battled cancer twice. Had more conversations with clients that I care to count about self-loathing, self-sabotage, aarrggh Dieting, relationships and body-confidence.
I know what it means to feel betrayed and stuck by my own body. So I’ve put my own experiences with self-loathing, hating my body and depression into creating events that help other women reconnect and begin to build their best version so they too can shine bright.
