7 Breaths combines meditation and art therapy to help participants come out of their busy minds and into their hearts to connect back in with their natural ability to create! We host regular workshops to ignite and inspire your creativity with like-minded souls. These classes are for beginners and no artistic skills are necessary as we will be harnessing your natural creativity to be expressed in everything we do together. Classes are kept small and imperfection is welcome here!
