Ignite your creative spark with our introduction to pyrography workshop. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a complete beginner, this class is your gateway to the mesmerising art of woodburning.
Safety first! We’ll begin by ensuring you’re well-equipped and informed about pyrography tools and techniques. Learn the ropes, from tool types to various tips and attachments, through a detailed demonstration.
Next, we’ll sketch our designs and transfer them onto our pieces. Hopeless at drawing? We recommend printing out some images that you might like to burn into your pieces.
In this workshop, you can either bring some wooden homewares along or grab a set of six coasters at checkout for a personalised touch.
With your design transferred onto wood, you’ll dive into the heart of pyrography. Experiment, play and discover the art of engraving with heat under the guidance of our expert instructor.
Explore diverse application techniques and see how different tips create unique designs. It’s a hands-on journey where you’ll master pyrography and unleash your creativity.
Please note: This class requires at least 5 students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, we'll cancel the class and fully refund you and inform you via email, so please watch your email a few days prior to the class.
