In this engaging wheel throwing class in Melbourne, specially curated for teenagers, Jumping Creek Designs invites them to dive into the captivating world of pottery.
Discover the joy of creating on the pottery wheel as teens will craft stunning vessels to pick up and take home a couple of weeks after the class.
No prior experience? No worries! This beginner-friendly class is tailored just for teens, with a comprehensive overview of wheel throwing and guidance on essential skills. Even if they have some experience, there's always more to learn, making it perfect for intermediate teen potters as well.
Throughout the workshop, they'll get acquainted with various clay techniques and immerse themselves in the creative process. Working with tactile materials in a supportive environment, they might find themselves surprised at the sense of accomplishment each piece brings.
By the end of this class, they'll not only have learned new skills but also after their pieces have been fired, they can take home their own unique pottery creations to proudly display in their room!
