I’m Sally Tyrrell, the owner of Creative Healing, and my journey into art therapy and mental health support started from a deep belief in the power of creativity to heal. I’ve always been passionate about art and creativity, and when I discovered how it could be a bridge to help people express, process, and transform their emotional experiences, I knew I had found my calling.
