Looking for unique things to do in Melbourne? Transport yourself to the bustling streets of Vietnam with Brunswick Kitchen.
In Vietnam, legions of food vendors turn the streets into open-air kitchens and the pavements into dining rooms. On every corner, something tasty is being fried, simmered or barbecued.
In this class, you will be guided through the step-by-step process of making various Vietnamese street food classics by Tracey Lister, chef and author of 'Vietnamese Street Food.'
You will learn how to cook delicious dishes like pork and prawn spring rolls, Bun Cha, West Lake prawn and sweet potato cakes and green papaya salad with quail poached in master stock.
By the end of the class, sit back down and enjoy the delicious food you've made!

Chef Tracey is a classically trained chef who after many years of working at senior level in the vibrant Melbourne restaurant scene moved to Hanoi to immerse herself in Vietnamese and Asian cuisine. She helped establish KOTO, a grass-roots charity that helps street kids to free themselves from the cycle of poverty through hospitality training.
In April 2008 she opened the Hanoi Cooking Centre, voted one of the best cooking schools in the world by Leisure & Travel magazine.
Now back in her old stamping ground of Brunswick, Tracey looks forward to sharing her love of good food through her cooking classes for keen home cooks, professionals, corporates, kids and teens.
And if you don’t have time to cook call in at Brunswick Kitchen for a chat and a take-home meal.
