In this course, we will create our concept of a woman Venus, in a vessel; we will use the coil technique to represent the sensual and exotic features that women have.
This is a course of self-expression where we will be able to create what is deeply in our souls. We are going to focus on eliminating old belief patterns of female lineage. When we connect with our hand building with clay as a medium, we reconnect with ourselves, understanding and releasing old traumas, stress and anxiety.
The term lasts 4 consecutive weeks with one class each week of 2.00 hours. The course includes a Venus vessel, three construction classes + one glazing class.
It is important to choose a time that suits your schedule during the 4 weeks, you must be able to make it all days of our course. We do not offer a swapping of days or make-up sessions if you cannot attend a date. The classes are non-refundable.
If one class term is on a public holiday, it would be rescheduled to the next week.
The minimum age required to attend the course is +18 years.

What you'll get
  • Four-week term, 2.5 hours for each class in consecutive weeks.
  • We glaze your pieces with our white studio glaze.
  • All materials to create your Venus Vase (stoneware clay, white studio glaze, firing, studio tools, aprons).
  • A maximum of 5kg of clay per student is included in the workshop. Additional clay can be purchased through the studio.
What to bring
We provide aprons, but please bring comfortable clothes or clothes that you don’t mind getting muddy.
When the pieces are ready, you will receive a text message or email so you can pick them up.
Session repeats

This class series runs over 4 consecutive sessions, at the same time every week.
