Make your own delicious and fizzy kimchi without any pungent ingredients (onion, garlic and leek). It is guaranteed to taste better than anything sold in the supermarkets!
In this Sydney fermenting class, you will learn the secret recipe that your expert teacher, Kathryn, used to make and serve in her own vegan restaurant that was a hot pick. Everything is made with quality Celtic sea salt, natural herbs and spices, homemade chilli paste and natural spring water. The recipe is gluten-free, MSG-free and naturally fermented.
At the end of this class, you will take home the delicious kimchi you created to enjoy! Be sure to bring a container to put your kimchi in.
