In this live online class, you will learn the secret recipe that your expert teacher used to make and serve in her own vegan restaurant that was a hot pick ten years ago. The recipe is gluten-free, MSG-free and naturally fermented.
At the end of this live streaming class, you will have be helping yourself save money and learn the skill of making natural, gluten free, vegan delicious kimchi you created to enjoy plus the degree of HOT is entirely accustomed to your own taste!

  • Half a wombok cabbage
  • Chilli powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne powder
  • Radish
  • Carrots
  • Cilantro
  • any citrus fruit of the following (pineapple, orange, apple, pear etc)
  • Tapioca starch/ organic corn starch
  • Raw sugar
  • Sea salt
  • Organic Miso Paste
Wombok must be washed and marinated in salt half a day in advance before class (watch the video upon registration for wombok preparation)

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.
