Vegan Chocolate Making Workshop Experience Melbourne

Learn the art of making vegan dark chocolate in Melbourne!

1.5 hours Class size 12 to 40 guests     $70

Treat yourself (or someone special) to a rich and indulgent journey into the world of vegan dark chocolate. In this workshop, you’ll learn the delightful process of making your own delicious dark chocolate delights.
Our journey begins by unravelling the story of cocoa butter----the main ingredient and the heart of vegan chocolate. Extracted from the cocoa bean, this luxurious butter not only offers a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth experience but also holds a revered position in various industries, from gourmet food to cosmetics.
Delve into the art of chocolate making, as we take you through a foolproof recipe that can be tailored to suit your unique tastes. From melting and mixing the perfect blend of ingredients to setting chocolate, we’ve got you covered. And, for that final touch, add a sprinkle of tasty toppings to elevate your chocolate’s flavour and appearance.
By the end of the session, you'll get to indulge in your creations or share them with loved ones.
