Engage in a truly multicultural experience and learn how to prepare a whole host of fragrant and delicious dishes in this fun, relaxing Curry Cooking class!This class is ideal for beginners and more experienced cooks looking to expand their cooking skills. In this workshop, you'll learn the essentials of making a good curry, and learn how to make curry from scratch. Prepare Sri Lankan Fish Curry, Thai Chicken Curry and Indian Lentil Curry with the guidance of an experienced chef and curry master.Spend time learning about spices and culinary cultures whilst enjoying your own delicious curry creations that you can also take home!Please note: Sydney Cooking School (SCS) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning SCS. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter regarding SCS, all students will be notified within 48 hours of the class commencement date, and the option to reschedule to another date, or full refunds provided.

As well as our regularly scheduled classes, we offer masterclasses in Pastry, Chicken & Duck and Pork & Cider, as well as Children’s School Holiday classes.If you prefer to be out of the Kitchen join us in our fabulous BBQ area for one of our Popular BBQ classes – Things really heat up in these classes so ensure you dress comfortably.
